Tommy Derian has a decade of experience in the veterinary industry, including six years of working alongside multiple corporate buyers and vendors and four years serving as Vice President of Business Development focused on veterinary valuations and transactions. Tommy has consistently demonstrated a keen ability of understanding the economic & veterinary landscape, while building lasting relationships and delivering results that exceed expectations. Tommy Derian's combination of experience, strategic insight, and continuous learning makes him an asset to any organization seeking to navigate the complexities of the ever changing market and helping achieve sustainable growth and success.
Chris Kwilecki
Chris Kwilecki is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in the veterinary industry. During his 17 years at Patterson Veterinary Supply, Chris significantly influenced the company's direction by developing and executing key initiatives, managing territories effectively, and fostering lasting client relationships, driving revenue growth. Transitioning to AmeriVet Veterinary Partners as Vice President of Business Development, Chris led the company's expansion from 9 to over 210 practices by spearheading 40+ transactions. His comprehensive approach to deal-making, coupled with his innate ability to navigate complex negotiations, ensured seamless transitions for each seller, from inception to closure.

With over a decade of experience in the medical and veterinary industries, Akemi Herman is known for her strategic leadership and business acumen. She has served as a business consultant, Director for the Western Region at Trupanion Pet Insurance, and Regional Operations Director at Petwell Partners during a period of rapid consolidation. Akemi is also an entrepreneur, having founded and grown two successful businesses.
