Julie Steinhilber
Julie Steinhilber, serving as the Director of Investment Sales for our Behavioral Health division, is dedicated to assisting both owners and buyers of behavioral health facilities and practices in achieving their goals.
Recent changes at both the state and federal levels have made behavioral health services more widely available. As a result, in certain markets, the demand for these services is now exceeding the available supply. Our team’s in-depth knowledge of the industry and relationships with some of the top industry players allows us to understand what buyers look for in acquisition opportunities.
Julie and her team offer strategic options and offer a multitude of experience in practice and real estate valuation & sales, state specific licensing, sale-leasebacks, selling off-market, creating new partnerships and growing through acquisition.
Shane Moses
Shane began his career in real estate as an integral member at Marcus and Millichap, on a team that successfully negotiated and sold over $600 million in investment real estate.
In 2018, he was awarded the "Rising Star" Award in Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales, after advising/selling more than $100 million in real estate across California, Texas and Florida.
He currently has spent last 6 years in Commercial Real Estate Sales with a concentration on value-add multifamily properties.
